We are aware in some circumstances schedules change, but we request a 48hour working day notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within that 48hour working day period a 50% charge may apply. There may be a 50% booking fee to be paid at time of booking which will be deducted from the full amount to be paid at completion of your appointment.

Please note if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48hour working day period this 50% booking fee will be lost and not transferred to your rescheduled appointment. If you book an appointment within 48hours you will have 24hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment or there may be a 50% charge. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, we may have to reschedule your appointment. You will be marked as a no show and there will be a charge.
